The bar stocks a variety of drinks, both soft or alcoholic.

We sell Carling, Heineken and Stella 4 lager from the pump and a varied selection in bottles. We have a selection of good ales on the pump, changing three of them from time to time, to give a better selection to visiting customers, as well as our local trade.

There are also a selection of two ciders on the pump, as well as our bottled selection in the fridges. We currently stock a variety of fare trade wines as our House Wines, and a good selection of bottles to complement your lunch/evening meals.

During the Winter month we have a roaring log/coal fire to draw the crowds, and take away the winter blues. A focal point to sit and stare at, whilst soaking up the friendly atmosphere generated by the locals, staff and general public enjoying this 16th Century Inn.

The restaurant/bar serves a variety of meals daily to tempt the taste buds of it’s customers. The foods are prepared to order, so depending on their contents, may take a little time to serve. We also boast a good selection of Vegetarian options, as well as our meat dishes, so all in all, we should be able to cater for all eventualities. If you have any dietry requirements or allergies that need to be shared with us, then at anytime you have prior to your visit please discuss them with our catering staff, and we will do our best to assist.
The menu changes season by season, and so do the Specials Boards.
